Background:

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and over 6 years as an executive recruiter for one of Boston’s leading search firms.

Mr. Hubley founded Executive Search Partners, Inc. in 2001. His knowledge of risk management, the financial industries and the energy sector all contribute to his ability to translate the needs of his clients and candidates into successful placements. He spent over 15 years in the trading profession, including a position as Head Long Treasury Trader for Merrill Lynch Canada and an owner-operator of a Commodities Trading Company.

Michael and his wife are avid gardeners, live in Cohasset, MA and have 4 children. He is also an active member of his community and church, where he presently leads the Outreach Program. Michael enjoys boating and all outdoor activities.
