Although the interview is crucial to the hiring process, it doesn't need to be overwhelming. Executive Search Partners has successfully prepared hundreds of candidates for their interviews. The common theme for every candidate, whether a recent graduate or industry veteran, is preparation.

  • Research the company, position, industry and location.
  • Prepare pertinent questions and make note of them for quick reference.
  • Practice answers to common interview questions ahead of time.
  • Have extra copies of your resume with you.
  • Dress in a conservative and professional manner.
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
  • Maintain a polite, positive and enthusiastic tone.
