Background:Sara has over 15 years of Human Resources experience including 7 years in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Executive Search Partners, Sara worked as a Director of Human Resources for Fidelity Investments working closely with a number of the senior management teams on the institutional brokerage side of Fidelity’s business. There she handled all facets of HR including management and organizational development, recruitment, employee relations and training. Before joining Fidelity Investments, Sara ran the national Human Resources department for a Managed Care Company. Sara graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts and from Northeastern University with an MBA. Sara currently lives in Cohasset with her husband and two children. She is an active participant in the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the South Shore Community Center and a soccer coach. |
